I am now in Puerto Plata airport checked-in and not looking forward to the snow and cold - but I AM looking forward to hot water and a cup of tea ...............

- I am currently in Haiti assisting in the work of the Haiti Hospital Appeal. This is a charity supported by Coney Hill Baptist Church in West Wickham, Kent which aims to build a hospital to meet the needs of those around the town of Cap Haitien in the north of Haiti. This is my fourth visit to the hospital site, and I have been proud to be involved with this project. After the recent earthquake, the situation in Haiti has become even more desperate, and I am glad that I have had the opportunity to make a difference.
